Thanks Debbie. I have sent a text to the owner alerting them to your message and asking them to call the dog warden in the morning.

we have found your dog in Dagenham Essex and we took her home but she doesn't like the cats so we had to r
take her to Dagenham council kennels, she is so lovely and did not want to leave us but she was given a quilt to sleep on, food,water and the heater was put on , so glad she is safe now as she was found in the road down a busy street.

Probably worth phoning the Newham Dog warden as well as its very close to your Redbridge Council and the Ilford border here is the number 0208 586 97 39
