- Other Info Harvey is a smallish black cocker spaniel with slightly over grown hair and a small split in his bottom eyelid (Not 100% which eye but clearly obvious up close). He was wearing a black collar with white paw prints around it that glow in the dark. Unfortunately no ID tag as he has an amazing habit of ripping them off as quick as i stick one on! Micro chipped!!
