have u looked at dog warden photos on Cheshire west and chester and contacted ceshire east who don't have photos or even descriptions. I have rosie the Romanian doglost i.d 68753. she had been at Manchester dogs home for 2 weeks and the owner once went there.because this dog was so terrified they couldn't scan her for 2 weeks (unbelievable aren't they I gave them a blasting).then of course they phoned registered keeper and she was collected.sadly she may be found and much loved by finders, who should of course have taken her to a vet to be scanned but many don't. please don't give up.
