My Husband tried to catch a dog like this this morning on his way to work about 5am but was so spooked he couldn't get near it and it ran down a drove off the sixteen foot bank (from chatteris to upwell) he thinks its called Crown Road near Christchurch but someone in a van was also trying to catch it and hubby thought the man was still going to follow it???
