Thank you to everyone who helped search for her, I am so very grateful. I woke up to the best sound, Dee being her normal irritating whinging cowbag self complaining the bedroom door was shut!
Thank you from the bottom if my heart

Will come out looking again today-notified friends who work on farms in area - also shared around Face book both my timeline and groups - hope she is home soon

Spent a total of 7 1/2 hours searching Pagham area. We put up posters and spoke to at least 50 people who will all keep an eye open for Dee. There have been no sightings. We will try again. Sadly we had to replace posters which had been torn off. We feel for you Karen.

Just got back from searching and unfortunately, nothing to report...told everyone bumped into about Dee and they will all be keeping a look out. Will be back out tomorrow morning, and will look in the back of those fields Karen and around Church lane and the harbour. Will ask the owners of the bungalow there if they have seen her and also the old Vicarage etc. I will also have a look around the churchyard. I'm positive we will find her soon xx

I'm dees owner. I can't the searchers enough. Dee is still missing. I think she has gone into the field round the back barfoots etc. There have been NO sightings any where. I'm having to stop now, it's too dark. Will start again as early as I can in the fields with my two dogs and see what I can find. If anyone is prepared to help, I think the fields are the best bet. Take food with you and I'll take more posters round the farms in the morning.

pixies peeps
Iam sorry if I added to the pressure of the phone number situation but was sharing to 5 beardie groups who were all sharing to other beardie owners, some of whom are near to the area Dee went missing from. All of us have fingers crossed for some good news
JohnC
I'm sorry that I didn't respond earlier to the confusion over the telephone numbers. I have been out most of the day looking for Dee and putting up posters. The lost dog belongs to an Agility friend who is not registered on this site yet. I, in my haste entered her phone number incorrectly and didn't alter it until I came home for food before returning to the search. I didn't realise that if you only put in one phone number then the second defaulted to the first which I did not amend. I have now put the owners number in Phone 1 and my number in phone 2. I hope this clarifies the matter. John Coppin

Would it also be possible to change the second no to 07896297974 please Gino xx

JohnC .. Please would you ring Beardies in Need on 07765 630182. Thanks.
Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex
No problem JohnC .. it's so easily done. I only commented as I had a msg from someone saying they are unable to get thru on the number.. I have suggested they comment on here and give you their number so you are able to ring them. Good luck in your search. Last edited: 2014-07-28 15:26:04 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex

When typing the original number I reversed the 3rd and 4th digits. Commonly known as a typo. There is no phone 2. The entry was made in a hurry, I got back from an agility show at 11am, read that our friends had lost their dog , put the entry onto this site and went out to look for her. We are just going out again now. Please come and join us anyone who is available. It is a massive area. Sorry again for the error, I can assure you I am very upset about it. Phone 1 is now correct. Just to say that you may have to refresh the page to see the corrected telephone number.

I have just spoken with the owner and she was out looking for Dee as are others, this is a very big area to cover....there is the beach (and Dee could have gone in any direction here)the harbour, a nature reserve, golf club, large caravan site and farmland. I will be out helping search this evening, but I am hoping Dee is home by then. If anyone would like to help then the owner can be contacted on the first no above xx
JohnC
I'm so sorry, I entered a wrong phone number in my haste. Now updated. We have searched a very wide area of Pagham for 2 hours. Her owner Karen is still out there. We will join the search again a little later. John and Judy Coppin.
