Ironic and so fortunate Scooter was found , and a week later hours before those terrifying summer weekly fireworks were set off again ....hope he's being spoilt !

Have spoken to his delighted owners this evening. He was found sheltering under someone's shed in a nearby garden and is non the worse for his adventure but never the less pleased to be home. His owners have expressed their thanks to everyone who has been helping in the search x

Thanx Konner.... Have spoken to Donna this evening who tells me postering has been thorough both in and around the surrounding areas .
Having spoken to her to her this evening and have now established that he slipped his Harness when walking at Baiter Park but ran off scared by the fireworks to the underpass that goes under the railway and into Poole Park (near the skate park roundabout) . There was a sighting of him in Poole Park soon after but nothing since.
His tag and his chip details are correct which in itself is worrying as no one has come forward to say they've found him.
I was fortunate whilst I was in the area tonight to speak with a guy from Network Rail Response unit who is responsible for looking put for and retrieving any dogs on the railway there. He mirrored my thoughts that it is unlikely that he has found his way on to the railway itself as it is well fenced and maintained. He has however taken the details and will contact Donna if he hears or sees anything.
The owners tell me that they actually live at Canford Heath which is only about 4/5 miles away so though they say he's unlikely to try and find his way way back there I have expressed that it is a possibility.
