- Other Info Casper is a rescue dog who is extremely scared and nervous and does not come to strangers easily. He is usually kept on a leash as he is prone to running off when frightened. Casper was attacked on his nightly walk by another dog and his leash came undone. Casper was last seen running past the tennis courts in Craiglockhart towards town on the 3rd of August.
