I have just spoken to the finder, this lady was reunited with her puppies in the early hours of the morning. Her home is in Wool so how she came to be where she was is a mystery. Her owners say she had a collar on but this was missing when found.

A similar one has been seen running loose before and was described as a fox red lab, 68238.
