- Roxy's been found :)
Someone had found her the same evening she went missing not far from where she lives, they took her to their mothers home who lives about 6 miles away. Finder had reported her as found and owner had reported her as missing but not cross reference. A person who the owners knows and who knows Roxy had a chance conversation with the lady and rang Roxy's owner to say he knew where Roxy was.
Well done to the finder for keeping her safe until her owners where found!
Welcome home Roxy (((HUGS))) xx - 2014-08-16 14:26 neiltarp
- Probably not your dog but reporting just encase. I was driving along the A534 from Broxton towards Nantwich c2pm isn on 6th August and just before Long Lane Burland was confronted by a Black Labrador running along the road towards me. I stopped my car and got out to try and stop it but it seemed distressed and ran past me in the direction of Faddiley (away from Nantwich). I turned around and followed it and it ran into Whitehaven Lane. I followed behind and it ran into a driveway but was chased out by another dog behind a fenced area. I tried to call it again but it ran into a field of long growing produce bordering Whitehaven Lane and Kidderton Lane Faddiley. I tried calling and went into the field and drove round for 30 minutes but couldn't find it again. I stopped a postman whilst looking and he didn't know of any labs missing in that area as he is usually asked to keep a look out if any one has a dog go missing. I know a long shot and 20 miles from where missing but just thought I should report as it has worried me since as I also have a Lab. Neil Clarke
