  • Other Info This cat has been living outside since October last year. A couple have been feeding him but cannot have him in their home due to their own cat. I have checked him for a chip and taken him to the vets for a check up. He is approx 6 - 7 years of age, really affectionate and currently residing in my converted garage. I am checking local missing groups, am in the process of contacting the local vets etc. His 'feeders' also tried the paper collar for some time but gave up eventually.

Do hope Murphy settles back home - good news that he has been claimed.

Thank you for the update Blackburn2512.

### Reunited ### Murphy as he known actually belongs to someone who saw our posts being shared on FB. He apparently wanders and gets food from everyone inc the old lady who has passed. He apparently comes and goes as he pleases. We had evidence of ownership from photos so have taken him back to his home. We have advised micro chipping and offered to pay for this. We have also had his first inoculation done and will take him to get the second in a few weeks as these were out of date. Have advised the owner where the PDSA is and will be there for Murphy should he need any help.

He was treated for fleas immediately and the good news is the vet couldn't find any today. We have sorted his innoculations out and he is already looking so much better. I have contacted the vets etc and put posters up in the local area but I am sure his owner has passed away. He is so friendly considering and just wants loving.

Bless him,if I were closer I would give him a home.

Ahhhh poor boy - he'll need the flea problem sorting as he could become anaemic & very ill if they get as bad as it sounds. Do hope someone will give him a home or one of the charities can help him.

This cat has been living outside since October 2013. An older couple have been feeding him but cannot have him inside due to their cat. I was alerted to him yesterday and he is now in my garage. They did put a paper collar on him but had no joy. It is possible his owner has passed away as an elderly lady used to feed him too. The people feeding him now are unsure if he belonged to her or if he was already a stray.
