Facebook states Mabel has been found and reunited with her family :-)

Can the owner say why it is thought Mabel has a broken leg? What this from a sighting? I'm wondering if someone saw a three-legged dog they may have thought it was a dog carrying a broken leg, in which case it may have been Sweetpea they saw. Is that possible, if they are both missing in similar area?

Had a drive round the Acklam Road area of Thornaby on my way home this afternoon but no sign of Mabel. Will continue to look out for her while out and about walking my dog. Hope she's found very soon xxx

I agree with alir, re the sighted dog near Ropner Park....

We will keep a lookout for poor Mabel while watching out for Sweetpea. Hope she is found very soon

Perhaps unlikely, but my dog sweets is missing and somebody said they my have seen a dog that looked like mine running loose by the allotments near oxbridge roundabout, near Ropner park. Im pretty certain it's not Sweets as we think she's in Middlesbrough, and she's three legged so usually no doubt when people see her. She's blond...just wondering if it could be Mabel? I will share your dog on Sweetpeas Facebook page it has a 1000 members from mainly around teesside. Good Luckxx
