Ex partner was arrested in Lowestoft; I am not sure of his address.
Both of them could be in the norfolk/Suffolk/Cambridge areas or now further afield if he has disappeared

DOG TAKEN

Coco was taken by my ex partner 17/08/2014 under the understanding she would be returned 18/08/2014. I gave him the dog under this understanding due to him not wanting to kick up a fuss due to his previous criminal convictions, and as I was by myself I felt (with the inability to get a phone to ring the police) safer doing this.

She was not returned and then could not get hold of ex partner 19/08/2014 for her return.

Reported to the police 20/08/2014

On 21/08/2014 ex partner requested £300 for her return; he then got arrested for a previous warrant and released on bail 22/08/2014.

Police have confirmed that the dog was at his address, and that he had proof of ownership (which is rubbish as I have proof of money withdrawn to purchase the dog and every transaction made for the welfare of the dog) I have requested the police get the rspca to check on the dog.

This is now a civil matter and will be going to civil court if I have a chance of her being returned once I have received legal advice.

However my ex partner is NOT a responsible dog owner; this dog in some situations can be aggressive. He will not worry about this and more than likely encourage her to be protective. She is a nervous dog and had a bad start to life until she was 6 months old when I got her.

She does not like older men, hi viz or her head being touched.
I have had a behaviourist out to help her aggression - she uses this to protect herself and her handler due to her past (NOT BECAUSE SHE HAS BEEN TRAINED LIKE THIS) I had taken the advice and been making the changes in her life and training to improve her behaviour - which was happening. She struggles to hold weight due to her nervous energy; which is controlled with the correct diet.

The dog is not chipped and she is not spayed. She is a tan and white boxer x collie.

Please help me find my dog and hoping that he will return her willingly to an owner that provides her and can provide her with the best care and training.

If you see this dog please let me know, do not approach him or her for your own safety, if she is found loose she will need a muzzle on for the new strange handlers safety.

If you are concerned for her welfare PLEASE contact myself, the police and the relevant people.

Hopefully I will get her back soon - where she belongs!!

Is she likely to still be local as I work in Wymondham and live in Attleborough. Will keep an eye out.
