Spoke to Bluebells owner yesterday .she will be posting when she can get onto site. It seems the sightings at Bluebell hill were probably of another greyhound. It seems there is a 'hermit' type man living in a caravan with 4 greyhounds- none of which are as young as blue. They stumbled on him while looking for sightings- he is well concealed out in the sticks! He has taken a picture and details from Di and will keep a look out. Seems that unfortunately that Di is back to square one just hoping for fresh news. lets hope that comes soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I'm so pleased you have had sightings- I recognised her picture straight away. For those helpers who also are members on Pet Craft Project- (trpd) I think I saw a dog trap on there swop shop file. Please don't tell anyone where you are setting the trap unless you intend to monitor it yourselves. Again for older Doglost fans remember WILL- who was released by some sicko. If you didn't read WILL'S story he like MURPHY had many members on an emotinal rollercoaster. Sadly they are no longer with us but away chasing rabbits at the bridge. Fingers crossed for you & good look. Hope to see this beautiful girl in Blue very soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Fingers tightly crossed that it your lovely girl Bluebell and that you successfully catch her. Nothing like smelly pilchards, cooked liver, or steak and the comforting smells of home (my youngest Dobie loves a worn sock) to bait the trapxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

thankyou to everybody who is looking out for bluebell. We have at last had a possible sighting of her .On tuesday 7th nov she was sighted at wilson ave rochester. Then again in Pattens lane, and then on sunday going down the main road by comets into woodland that bordered the cookham wood prison. we have heavily postered this area, shops and garages, but the kids keep taking them down from lamposts. Last night i received a call at 10pm from a lady saying that she has seen her in bluebell hill village.she says that the dog has been loose in this area since 4th november. I have been this morning and postered the area and spoken to a lady who has been putting food out for this dog but no one can get near here as she is almost feral and thin. we did think about trying to trap her but have decided against this as the area is so vast.last positive sighting was at 7.45 am yesterday. will keep you informed, thanks for any help you can give.bluebells mumLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Satinea - it wasn't travelling travellers who had Zak. However if they are in the area they're worth looking at, just in case.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The 'travellers' are back in the bobbing area of Sittingbourne, I suspect they also took Zak that went from his garden in Sittingbourne - will see if we can spy on the area to have a look if they have a dog like Bluebell? Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
