The Cotswold Show is at Cirencester Park (Glos) on the 7th and 8th of July and there are many BACS gundog events on both days so lots of Springers will be there, so could be well worth a visit.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sadly it isn't Feisty. Feisty you're still out there somewhere, and we'll all keep looking for you, I'm so sorry this wasn't him.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Jayne, Feisty's owners have now got hold of me, some of the details match and some don't so we are still investigating wether our 'Angus' could indeed be Feisty. The two photos I have taken of 'Angus', one looks identical to Feisty and the other doesn't, however the owners have told us that there is a scar on Feisty's stomach which has been confirmed, the owners are currently on the phone to the man looking after 'Angus' to arrange to go and see him. Fingers crossed Selina ESSW-message from Springer welfare-fingers crossed! Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thank you springer spaniel welfare for saving this dog from being PTS with hours to go-now safely in a foster home-impossible to do an accurate ID as dog is so matted-but found 12 miles away from where Feisty went missing and it does appear the dog has been out for 2 months. Have contacted parish council who know owner and are popping around to his house to ask him to ring us.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Is there any other contact details for owner apart from what is on the poster, I've been trying to contact them for several days. I am a co-ordinator for English Springer Spaniel Welfare and we have a dog in that is possibly Feisty. It appears the owners may have gone away for Xmas as all I get is answerphone, I have left messages.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
