God bless you, Poppy and your loving owners. Nothing make sense; there are no answers, you can only trust there is a reason. One day, we will all know the "whys?" Until then, we have broken hearts. Could you check out this one on the Dogs in Salford FB post - says that has a collar and tag but collars and tags can be brought by anyone!
