- Other Info dumped black & white border collie puppy? I have just seen one (prob female) from my car at 247 Western Avenue (A40). No collar, rummaging through rubbish dangerously close to the side of the road.

It's London but not really any specific area as it's on the long stretch which is known as Western Avenue on the A40 heading towards the M40. - 2014-08-27 21:43 Spindle
