- Other Info We have phoned Derbyshire Police and the Dog Wardens for the area. It is staying overnight until they collect in the morning. Wire haired Pointer young non castrated male.

- I agree he could be a korthals , the two breeds are often mistaken though the german wire is a larger dog all round. would be best if both breeds could be indicated .

- I own a Korthals Griff and he gets mistaken for wire haired pointer a lot. He (photo) looks like my Griff. Can he be listed under both breeds to help search ? Good luck
