PAW
Just been informed by the local DW that this dog was returned home today :-) So reunited

I have shared this one on fb - as a result a contact has come forward with this info and will try and get hold of the owner tomorrow
He lives on the estate in Mottingham, he gets out daily and owner usually comes and gets him. I spoke with owner as apparently he has been jumping fence. Very frustrating owner has done nothing about it. I walk near by with my dog and often bump into him. If I see owner tomorrow I will let him know.
