Just wanted to say a big thank you to Charlotte & Patricia and friends who always went the extra mile in their efforts to help us find Frankie and most of all the the lady that called in the sighting at Brompton Close brownie hut. Couldnt believe our luck when we discovered he had got into the grounds of the Guide HQ and couldnt get out. This gave me time to talk and talk to him until he realised it was me and built the confidence to come into the open and then right up to me. Thanks all

A big big thanks to all admin and members at Dogs Lost. each and everyone one of you contributed to Frankie's safe return. I have registered, donated, and printed out a poster of a lost dog not too far from my area so i will continue my newly learned experience of postering. Please feel to call any time you need help. SO pleased to get the text this afternoon that FRANK WAS FOUND.....CAN NOW DISPOSE OF THE 50 POSTERS WE WERE GOING TO PUT UP AT 7.30 IN THE MORNING AND TAKE THE OLD ONES DOWN INSTEAD. ALSO PLEASED THAT THE STAFFY FROM MARSH FARM HAS BEEN FOUND.SAME AREA!!well done and also to julie from appledown who gave scenting advice...couldnt do without you....as before!!!!! keep safe now frank!!!!!!!!xxxxxxxlikkies from Riley and Lulu who helped search.....

It is most important not to talk or call frank by name and please don't approach him as this is just making him run.please phone 101 or dogs lost with a location.the posters up also have our telephone numbers on. The posters you dropped off last night all up by 8am today down marsh road, also dropped 4 into friend in stanmore cres. have 50 more to do and have got ink now...just wish there were a few more people who cld pop a few up..i wont be there tomorrow but back wed morning. might be able to get some done by boys near runfold tomorrow just checking best route.....also lady in tourist office lives chaul end will do there as sure h e will come back. I WONDER IF HE IS FOLLOWING A DOG OR PERSON HE LIKES THE SCENT OF THAT WALKS BACK AND FORTH??? eg friends dad walks the dog from opp you ie on d'stable road down to marsh farm using the back cuts and later back again....maybe someone else dose similar, maybe dog in season...we need to try and track the route...i have a map from TIC BUT GOT TO TRY AND BLOW IT UP A BIT TONIGHT

Sorry to see Frank is still missing. You should out a post on the facebook page of your local town asking for help searching and putting up posters. There will probably be many people who offer to help you. We did this a couple of weeks ago for a missing dog in in our town and lots of people offered help and after 11 days of hardly any sightings he was found safe. Also like Duffs has said below - make a facebook page for him so that people can keep upto the min sightings etc. I do hope Frank is caught safe and well soon xx

Franks owners.
Frank was seen this morning around 8am on Chaul End Playing field off Dunstable Rd,near to Oakley Rd roundabout at PC world. Please can you contact dogs lost if there are any sightings. Thank you for your help.

Frank's family are now having scenting advice and I WITNESSED IT BEING PUT ITO EFFECT LAST NIGHT. WE ARE STILL VERY CONCERNED THAT THERE ARE NO HELPERS IN THE AREA PUTTING OUT POSTERS.
HELP!!!!! HELP!!!!!! HELP!!!!!If YOU ARE ON THE DOG LOST e mailing list and get alerts when there is a dog missing PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE csn you come out and help as Frank is nearer at the moment to where he went off from and may be sleeping rough somewhere.....WE NEED POSTERS AS FOLLOWS:

5. IN NAY LITTLE PARKLAND AREAS AMONGST THE HOUSES
6. IN CHIP SHOPS CORNER SHOPS IN ALL THE ROADS BEHIND THE LEICESTER ARMS PUB WHICH IS ON THE DUAL CARRIAGEWAY COMING FROM MOTORWAY
7.ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROAD NEAR THE MOSQUE (THIS IS A HOUSE OPP LEICESTER ARMS)

1.30 TODAY RED ALERT!!!!!!!! FRANK SIGHTED AT CHAUL END OLD PEOPLES CLUB WHICH IS VERY CLOSE TO LEICESTER ARMS WHICH IS ABOUT 50 YDS FROM WHERE HE WENT MISSING. From Franks Owners.
Frank was sighted in Limbury park several times on 2nd September 2014.
between the playing field and across the road on the green towards the allotments. We have put posters up in this area but more would be helpful.we have also spoke to many dog walkers who are keeping an eye open for Frank.
We do urge people if you spot frank please report it asap on here or 101

wauluds primary school, wauluds bank drive LU3 3lZ SCHOOL RETURNS TOMORROW, WILL RING JEANETTE TO SUGGEST SHE GOES INTO THE SCHOOL TO SEE HEAD...THE ROADS AROUNF ARE FLINT CLOSE, AXE CLOSE ARROW CLOSE AND FIVE SPRINGS WHERE THERE IA ANOTHER SCHOOL ALSO NEARBY IS LEA MANOR SECONDARY SCHOOL. THERE WILL BE A LOT MORE ACTIVITY AROUND THESE AREAS NOW AS ALL SCHOOLS BACK IN NEXT 2 DAYS. THIS COULD BE SCARY FOR FRANK OR COULD BE A BONUS AS MORE FOLK TO KEEP A LOOK OUT..POSS MORE FOOD WITH SCHOOL LUNCH PACKS BEING DROPPED...ALL AGE SCHOOL CHILDREN AND MUMS BACK AND FORTH. WILL GO OUT EARLY AND POSTER.. WAS DOING NEVILLE ROAD CAR PARK EARLIER AND CHATTING TO DOG OWNERS, HAVE PUT MASSES MORE POSTERS THERE NOW AND SEVERAL ON THE BIG BIN AS YOU GO IN MORE ON TREES AND HANDED SOME OUT. We are now desperate to find Frank please help us.
Frank was last spotted near Lea Manor school and off Marsh Rd.We had two sightings yesterday but Frank is a very nervous dog if you see him please try and contact us asap as we will come straight to you.
We desperately need more posters out in LU1234.

I have just spoken to FRANK'S OWNER. Frank comes from A SMALL VILLAGE in the east midlands and was being cared for by owners daughter in luton at address indicated; he was having a late night wee saturday and bolted up t a cul de sac but wld not let himself be caught.HE IS AN ANXIOUS DOG AND WILL NOT GO TO PEOPLE SO IF YOU SEE HIM DO NOT RUSH TO APPROACH HIM BUT KEEP HIM IN YOUR SIGHTS AND CALL OWNER.IF OUT HELPING TO SEARCH CARRY HIGH VALUE TREATS AND ATTEMPT TO HOLD HIS ATTENTION IN THIS WAY.
SITINGS: fRANK HAS BEEN SEEN IN WALLER AVENUE, AT A CHURCH IN THAT LOCALITY AND ON MARSH FARM NEAR CHIP SHOP AND NEAR SAINSBURY'S.
HELPERS: Please poster all these areas and also near golf club Turnpike drive area and on the downs up there as many dog walkers around and all will look out for him if they see the posters...also near cardinal newman school and all round shops and schools on marsh farm as they will be returning later this week.
HELP GET FRANK BACK AND TALK TO HIS OWNERS WHO KNOW HIM BEST. I HAVE ASKED THAT THEY REPORT ALL SITINGS ON HERE BUT POSTER POSTER POSTER SPECIALLY FOODY OUTLETS LIKE CHIPPY SHOPS AND TAKEAWAYS
