I've just spoken to the owner as a black cocker spaniel with no collar has been seen straying in Waterside, Chesham near the outdoor pool and the Moor. The gentleman that saw it tried to catch it but it was nervous and wouldn't let him near it, although the dog was very friendly towards his dog. Finger's crossed!
