- Other Info Late Monday night (1st Sept) /early hours of Tuesday morning, My son was walking home along the path at the side of Wythenshawe Park next to Princess Parkway. He spotted this cat on the central reservation of the parkway. He picked it up, but as there was nowhere safe to leave it, he decided to bring it home with him for me to check for a chip. He walked along the side of the park heading towards Baguley. He's just crossed on to Altrincham road when the cat leapt from his arms and ran off towards the
