  • Other Info Albert was only adopted last week from Stray Aid and has gone missing from his new owners garden. He is an elderly dog guestimated to be over 14 years of age

So glad he is home and I would endorse what Gino says about investing in a Retrieva collar. Not cheap but worth their weight in gold when you have a wily escape artist.

Thank you to all who helped Albert, he is now not allowed in the garden without a guardian , and the fence is being raised from 6 to 8 feet tomorrow even though we cannot see anywhere he can get out, and the other 4 are not following him.

Albert is one very lucky dog...it was him on the A64...luckily members of the public and the police halted traffic and he gave up willingly...reunited via olice as he had an ID disc on. Have recommended to owner to invest in a retrieva collar as this dog is an escape artist...apparently this time he scaled a 6 ft Hawthorne hedge to go for a wander...

Thanks Jayne was it the number on the poster you contacted? That is the actual owners. He isnt a Greyhound Gap dog he was adopted from Stray Aid Durham by someone who already has our dogs so hopefully its the onwers en route to collect x
