- UPDATE ON FB
Tuesday 6 September 2016 marks 2 years since Sciura chased a squirrel and disappeared from our lives. We have searched and scoured the countryside looking for her. We used the wonderful tigga and Jenny to track her until the trail went cold. Thank you Tigga and Jenny. We followed up every possible sighting and every dog looking remotely like her. We have not found her. We believe someone picked her up and either is keeping her or passed her onto someone else. We still live in hope. We will never give up looking for her.
For the next few months I have to concentrate on me. I will still be checking Facebook but probably not the 3 times a day I do now. In the next 2 weeks I won't be able to check at all. So if she is sighted or found please don't hesitate to call the number on her poster. We have not given up. I may not see posts or messages on Facebook.
Sciura is always in my thoughts. I miss her like crazy. I desperately want her home. - 2016-06-03 20:20 Suecha1

- Sciura is still missing. We believe someone has her. Will have to wait for that person to take her in for a chip and the person fitting the chip hopefully scanning her and reporting. Its nearly 13 months since she went missing.

- I don't want to give you false hope but I've just seen a dog matching her description at holly hill. She ran along the road in front of me (very quiet lane) she stopped in holly hill car park, I tried to get her to come to me and she was very scared and went again. I followed from a safe distance in the car and she went right to the end of the road past the entrance to the car and disappeared down a track. This is at holly hill near Paddlesworth, trosley and Meopham.

- Spoke to owner at length during PITP show this weekend. Sciura was lost in The Larches off Pilgrims Way near Detling, Kent on Saturday afternoon 6th September. On a walk with owner and his boys. She was last seen chasing a squirrel through the woods and there has been NO sightings since
7 years old but can look much younger. she loves to chase rabbits and squirrels and will chase down holes- hence when being walked her collar is off to stop her being caught up in brambles etc.
