- Without knowing what this one looks like Honey's owners couldn't say if it is the farm collie or not,. There are two that wander from the farm, one is an elderly female, I think they said the other is male.

- It may well be a farm dog sighted. As yet I've had no email back from Tony Ling to confirm either way

- The owner of Honey (reunited) have just called and will be dropping the trap back to me this afternoon. They think this will probably be one of the farm dogs running loose, she has been visiting since food was left out for Honey. I will show them Tyler's page when they get here just in case.......

- I still look out but wouldn't want to get their hopes up unless sure, last time was very upsetting, I think it's made worse because they are so far away, they can't just pop over and check for themselves. Hopefully Tony will come back and say it does look like Tyler, I hope it is :-)

- Tyler is one I look out for too, some just stick in your mind.
It can be a difficult decision when one has been lost for a long while, but even if a previous one has proved a mismatch there is always hope, so keep trying MillieVW. I do it even when I worry that it might seems 'silly'. There is always a chance so don't stop hoping or trying or matching. The kennel sites regularly put up pics, the sale sites too, so many it is daunting but the more people who do it the more chance there is. - 2014-09-13 10:46 MillieVW - Area Volunteer - West Wiltshire
- It would be wonderful, I know Tylers owners are desperate for anything. I think see what Tony says, I don't want to get their hopes up, have contacted them previously about a possible match that turned out not to be Tyler :-(

- Wouldn't that be wonderful MillieVW. I've emailed Tyler's page to Tony Ling for him to take a look at and to ask if the dog sighted appears to be well cared for if he/she may have been wandering a while

- Gnasher is there any chance this could be Tyler missing from BH20? It's only 8 miles away but he has been such a long time missing. Are you able to get any further info?
