What will happen to this boy? I will happily take him and give him the life he deserves if I know how to contact the relevant authorities. looking for a small dog to spoil rotation since my Dylan died aged 17.

This is terrible, there was a case on TV which was just as bad, but the poor little dogs feet came away whilst the fur was being cut away, the fur was so tight it had cut off the blood supply, but was fine on the little stumps and went to a lovely home, so fingers crossed for Puffin x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
