This may be nothing, but my husband saw a GSD in a field just before the A505 near Baldock. He couldn't see anyone with it, but there was a farm sprayer near by, so he assumed it was with the farmer. It was roughly in the field between Clothall Road and Warren lane, this is to the right of the A507. He said it was a very dark GSD and shaggy.
