- Other Info saw a large black dog running very fast and obviously very scared - the road is the B2089 - in Udimore, near Rye. it was pretty big, black longish coat and looked thin - I did not get a good enough look at it being dark and the dog was black to identify its breed - the boys thought it looked like a Labrador but I'm not so sure.

- I see on AW site there is an Irish Wolfhound that is listed as found Rye TN31 on 17th Oct... Grey in colour..? The description of him being big, long coat & thin... Might of been this one ..?

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
