Hi sorry only just seen this message . It is Tameside . The police are coming to collect it at 630 as had so many people calling . The council supposed to have come but didn't . They are bringing someone with them tk check for a microchip . I hope the owner is found

Please please take it to a vet as the council will just take it and destroy it without scanning it for a chip... Someone will be looking for their baby :(
