- You can check a registration number with DVLA but to do so you also need the make of vehicle. The DVLA will tell you that the vehicle concerned was taxed in April 2014 and has an MOT and by default the driver must have had insurance to have been able to tax their vehicle. You cannot get an address from DVLA

- Can't understand how the reg is known even the mot date but no address doesn't add up unless false plates, surely dvla and police can find out owners address etc, or am I expectung too much from beds police again.

- Evidently there are travellers recently moved onto beaming ham estate I believe parked on homebase car park so any dogs from Lu area maybe there would be worth a drive by at least.
