- According to post by owner on local FB page, George was picked up and taken to PDSA at Pitsea, who called the Dog Warden. Owner is collecting lucky George today :)

- Hi, I live in North West Kent and I saw a Staffie running loose, I tried to catch it but it kept running away from me. The Staffie was a very light tan/fawn colour. The dog had a collar with a mesh mussel hanging from it. I know it is a long way from Corringham but not too far by car. I reported the dog to the Police and the local council. The coucil said they would send the dog warden down to try and catch it. I then went back with some dog food to see if I could get it to trust me but by the time I got back, the dog had gone.

- Have you alerted the dog warden?; also all local vets; also Dogs Trust at the Nevendon Rd junction? Also try Acresway Kennels in Thundersley and Gemini Kennels on the A127.
Would he be making his way to somewhere else?
A photo would be really good!
