Omg, I think this may be my Dog cookie. I have rung the Helen's number but I got put through to voice mail. I'm currently in Essex for University and my parents are in NY so no one can go and check till I am home this weekend. However both my cousin and myself think it may be him, though it is some hour drive away from where he went missing; making me believe he was taken. If it is I shall report back and thank whomever brought him to my attention.

Words fail me xx poor poor boy I hope owners are found and brought to justice for the state this dog is in x unless he has been missing a very long time as dogs don't get in that state quickly x
