Well done Billy for staying safe and finder for keeping him safe....everyone needs to be aware of the red mark that these thieves use and be vigilant ....report anything suspicious via 101
Welcome home gorgeous Billy xx

Brilliant News, so glad this little lad is home safe and well. FYI I have been informed that last month someone in Broxted disturbed people attempting to steel their dogs from the garden. Thankfully these scum bags were unsuccessful. I understand the drive/gate had been marked somehow so they knew where to find the dogs. Just be on your guard in case these people are back in the area again I bet little Billy will sleep well tonight x

Wonderful news! Billy is back with us this morning. A man found him under a hedge about 4 miles away - cold and hungry. Thanks to everyone for your support. I still can't believe we have him back!

I am in Great Easton and will look out for him on our walk and spread the word to others I see when I am out and about.

Thank you -I don't think he has been stolen. He went into the garden last evening and I noticed he was gone when I went to give him his tea. There were fireworks in the neighbourhood which he is really scared of so he probably just freaked. The garden is fenced and I am not sure how he escaped. We have searched all surrounding fields and roadsides to no avail. He has a name tag. I have put some posters around local shops etc and will contact rescue centres on Monday.

I am in Takeley so not far from this. Know a few doggy people and friends in Broxted so will spread the word. Do we Know if this dog has run off or been suspected stolen?
