Oh no, how tragic - another railway victim. I am so very sorry, and my thoughts are with the family, who now have closure and are able to bring Tawhaki home. Run free at the bridge, beautiful boy, no horrible noises there xxxx

I have just spoken to owner & have recieved the very upsetting news that Tawhaki was found on the railway line. She would like to thank everyone for their help.
He is to be buried in the garden.

I was wondering if he might be the b&w collie found in Launceston area? I hope he's somewhere dry as it's lashing down atm. Don't have a printer to produce posters but am passing word around. Hope he's home safe soon xx

Have spoken to owner & am getting council warden to cross check the picture with one that has been found in Callington, (found ref 78096) described as a grey OES? (just in case they have mistaken it for a Beardie, which does happen a lot, as TAWHAKI looks like a cross Beardie.

Have put up posters today in Callington area: At Calweton vets, Tesco supermarket, Co-op supermarket, Bonnies pet store.
At Kit hill - our major dog-walking area (between Kelly Bray & Callington) I've put posters on the notice boards in the top & bottom car parks.

Keeping everything crossed you get your dear boy safely home again soon!
