- GREAT NEWS - UPDATE FROM OWNER ON FACEBOOK
Charlie is home!!!!!!!
He was found in an empty garden just around the corner from us where we think he must have been for the last 2 days. He was extremely thirsty and desperately pleased to see us all but doesn't seem to have suffered any harm at all.
Thank you to the lovely Tammy from Hartwell Drive who found him and then bothered to do something about it. She refused the reward and I don't even know where she lives to thank her properly - anyone know?!
Thank you so much to everyone for all their help and support, To all the people who have been out looking for him, for all he emails and phone calls and suggestions. Dog people are definitely the nicest people that there are!!!!!!
Thanks from me and Charlie and all the Uffsprings xxxxx - 2014-11-13 14:36 Millypod (Chris) - Administrative Volunteer
- Charlie is listed on the AW as found with this same picture. I have emailed AW to let them know he is missing with a link to his doglost page, but don't know if they will alter on my say so to lost.

- Try the children of the Robert Bruce Middle School - they seem very pro-active and get posters to the Outdoor Centre - they are the type of people who will also help. - been on Google and researched your area - also be aware that if the man did take him - and the one he was seen with is not his own - he may dump Charlie - The dog he was seen with might not be Charlie - and Charlie could still be out there, and will have gone to ground - he will only look for food and water when it is quieter and he feels safe.

- We need helpers in this area to do everything they can as the owner has very limited ability to do this herself currently due to post operative recovery. PLEASE can people in this area get the posters up and canvass shops etc on her behalf.

- Ask your friends to post over 100 posters and get some laminated - ask shops to put them up - make sure newsagents and postmen have them - cover the area - it is hard work but by doing this we got one home in under 24hrs here in our area, just a month ago. Paper boys and postmen, milkmen, parcel delivery firms - they are only too happy to help - foot work is essential - and keep someone at the end of the contact number phone at all times.

- I AM POSTING THIS THATS JUST COME ON A GROUPS WALL ....... ..." UPDATE TO MISSING CHARLIE
We have had a report that a man in his 30s/ 40s was seen taking Charlie away from the park in Kempston yesterday at about 8pm. He was wearing a black hat and had Charlie on a lead and his own dog, a border collie, with him too and he appeared to be in a rush. If this is true our only hope to get him back is to make Charlie just too hot for him to handle. Please, please re-post this as much as possible and on as many sites as possible so we can try to make whoever has Charlie feel that it is not worth his while holding on to him. This is a photo of Charlie and his sister Scarlet who is really missing her brother. Please help! Thank you... - 2014-11-12 12:23 LisaP
