The people we know in Preesall who have boxer are not aware of any owner looking for their dog. We wonder if if has come from caravan park or worse has been dumped. Where is the dog been kept so we can put a notice in the various local pet shops.

I am not sure about the name of the dog this sounds like that the finder has put his name in the wrong area. As regards the colour would describe it as brindle not ginger.
Could admin check out the dog name etc.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
