- Many thanks to all of you for your very nice and comforting words you wrote during the last few days. When a lady from the Cinnamon Trust rang this morning, my partner was driving near the Cinnamon trust, taking me to work. I answered the phone while my partner was driving. And I just could not believe my ears when she told me that Rosco had been rescued ; I had prayed so much for his safe return. I gave him a huge cuddle before going to work and could not stop thinking of my lovely little Rosco at work. When I returned home, he was all cleaned and had been given food and water by my partner, and of course Rosco and I had plenty of cuddles as soon as we saw each other. I am so so happy he is back with us ; I felt so low during the past few days. Now he is sleeping on the bed in a warm and nice house. And no more escapades for my little darling Rosco. Once again many thanks for all your help and kind words. All the best to all of you in the future. And many thanks to the gentleman from the Cinnamon trust for rescuing my lovely little boy. FLORENCEXXX

- Have just spoken to a delighted owner. Rosco had been sighted several times in the general area. The owners were on their way down there this morning when they got a call to say he had been found by a walker from The Cinnamon Trust nearby.
He was very very dirty & hungry. He has had a bath & is now having a lie down.
Welcome home Roscoe xx - 2014-11-21 10:29 Unknown
- Wonderful news. Stay safe now Rosco:-)xxx

- Thanks a lot LassieGirl. Your help is much appreciated. Rosco might be at the quayside, hidden himself in the area forbidden to dogs. I am going to work now and will finish at 2.30 p.m. Then, I will be looking for Rosco.

- Hello LassieGirl. Many thanks for looking for Rosco at 6.30 a.m. I was just wondering if you would be kind enough to let your dogs sniff one of Rosco's toys for them to have his smell and look for him. Hopefully Rosco should still be in the same area he was seen yesterday morning (Hayle Towans) ; he might be shelter himself somewhere but where ? Please give Gordon a ring on his mobile if it is alright with you(07837959301). THANKS A LOT. Florence

- Just back in from 2 hours searching the Chalets at Tom's & the Cricket pitch & fields at the rear of Clifton Terrace but no sign of Rosco, I will be back out lunch time. Stay Safe Rosco.

- All the sightings from the 100's of posters I put up when my Boy was missing for 4 days were the only thing at times that gave me the energy to keep searching, knowing that he was being sighted let me know he was alive & while he was alive there was no way I was going to give up hope. Stay Strong & Safe Rosco & I will be out again looking for you at 6.30am

- Just been informed that someone who has been out with her dogs looking for Rosco - has seen no posters at all in the area. She has also spoken to other dog walkers who are totally unaware of Rosco being missing. Please, please, print 100's of posters, get some laminated, put them in shop windows, give to post office for postmen, paper shops, paper boys are about early on - laminate some and stick them on any where you can. Spend your time making Rosco have 100s of eyes looking for him, those 100s can cover much more than 2. I have done it and it has worked.

- So sorry to see Rosco is still missing. I can't stress enough how important posters are to get sightings. The area needs to be flooded with posters so you can't miss them. Make him as famous as possible and get everyone talking about him...so important. He's out there somewhere and posters will help give you more info.

- Good evening LassieGirl. Gordon told me about you. It is very kind of you wanting to look for my lovely Rosco. Gordon and I went to Hayle Towans this evening from 5.30 to 7.30 but no sign of Rosco. I am upset as I have not found him yet. I wish somebody to find and catch him and keep him safe until I am reunited with him. I am feeling very low at the time being. Please help find my lovely little Rosco. I miss him a lot.

- Just met Gordon while searching the Cricket club area & the back of Cliffton Terrace, no sightings but made Gordon aware you need to get more photo's up as the 5 people I stopped & asked had no idea about Rosco being missing. I know how you are feeling as my Collie was missing for 4 days from Tehidy last year. I now know from Gordon more about Rosco's character so will put this to use should I spot him. I will keep searching as it is my stomping grounds 3 times a day with my Kids. Keep Strong. xx

- Hello Jenny4. Thanks for your message. No I have not contacted the NAWT or the vets in Hayle. My partner did post some posters in Hayle this morning. I am really worried and want Rosco back home very soon. He may have found a place to shelter himself at night, but where ? I am worried that something nasty could happen to him.
- 2014-11-20 14:47 Max - Area Co-ordinator - Cornwall & Area Volunteer - Durham & Ireland
- jenny4. I understand that NAWT & local vets have been informed.

Stay safe Rosco x - 2014-11-20 14:32 Unknown

- Many thanks LassieGirl for walking through the chalets and cricket club this morning. And many thanks to you and your children for going up to Quayside, looking for my lovely Rosco. I am really worried and sad. I miss him a lot. Me and my partner live near Tehidy park. I wonder if Rosco will be able to go back home on his own. All I want is Rosco to be safe and back home very very soon. Thanks again for your help. Florence

- I have just rang my partner who is looking for Rosco in Hayle. He told me that the caretaker spotted Rosco in Hayle Towans yesterday ; the caretaker tried to grab him but Rosco ran away. The caretaker reckons that Rosco could shelter himself where the golf club is and wanders in the area where the holiday chalets are. Please try to help us find Rosco. MANY THANKS.

- When you find my little Rosco, you can stay near him and give us a ring as I mentioned in my previous message or you may want to take Rosco to a vet or dog centre where he will be scanned ; he is microchip. Many thanks.

- I have forgotten to mention that Rosco does not know Hayle, he lives at about 6 miles from the Hayle area.

- Thank you very much for all your support. Rosco is still missing. Radio Cornwall rang this morning at about 8.45, saying that somebody had spotted my lovely Rosco yesterday morning at the quay area in Hayle. My partner went to Hayle yesterday from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. but there was no sign of Rosco. All I can guess is that he may have found a shelter and stay in it. I know that when you walk towards the qusy in Hayle there is an area forbidden for dogs. Is he there ? He may be hiding himself. He will come for food, to be loved and to other dogs. He is very friendly. I miss him terribly. I just want to be reunite with my little dog as soon as possible. My partner is looking for him this morning in the quay area. Yesterday a lady living in the Clifton terrace area told my partner that she had spotted Rosco wandering in her garden on Tuesday afternoon but did not dare to grab him. Please if you see Rosco go near him and ring me or my partner Gordon on 01209715390 or 07837959301. If nobody answers, please leave a message or a text. Thank you for all your help and support. FLORENCE
