- Other Info Has been to the vet to be scanned, young lad,not used to lead walking, very lively, wearing a collar but no id. microchipped but no owner registered to it. have advised to try and find out implanter details to see if they have owners details.

- I don't understand this is happening too often when my dog was chipped my details were added there and then to the database so I can get why a lot of found dogs are not getting home as they say no owner registered x he is a cracker aswell x but if owner can be traced they will need to contact the chip company or the vets that implanted this lovely boy x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
