Please get in touch with Animal wardens on the number in my post below and quote ref 404638. I contacted them hoping she was my girl Jazz Id 99179. Unfortunately for me its not. In the photos they sent she looks similar to your Ruby. As they were sent in confidence i am sorry I cannot and will not share them on public websites

I hope Swale Borough Council Stray Dog service&their kennels have tracked down Ruby's owners as they only believe it not to be her by not finding a chip--Chips can move--It would be helpful if we could please have some verification from ruby's owners that the one recently found is not theirs--it looks so much like her.Even her stance and the fluffy hair on her head looks the same?

the found dog is not chipped and they do not think this is Ruby unfortunately. Nevertheless I have emailed the link to Ruby's owners

Cocker Spaniel Bitch

A 5 year old cocker spaniel bitch, very obedient, will sit, lay and fetch on command. Very clever and well behaved.

Would make a great family pet, good with other dogs and children. Golden brown colour.

Sadly selling because of work commitments. She cannot be used for breeding. Must go to a loving home.

Ruby was in the garden a short time owners were home. she was either taken or went through a gap in the fence , that the owners found later. She is a dog that stays close. Owners have been doing their utmost to find Ruby , postering FB etc , they have asked around all the houses in the area , sadly nothing so far . They have checked vets dogwardens police . Ruby is a pet not a worker who has been spayed .
