Is it possible to put a large cardboard box outside Bridgets house with a blanket/ dogbed she is familiar with.......
loulapixie
Sighting number 3!!!!! The lovely Bridget at Hampton House phoned last night around 11.30 to say her dogs were whining and when she opened the back door, Aiza shot out from the patio and up the garden!! I rushed over and spent almost an hour looking and gently calling but nothing :( my torch died so I had to give up. Bridget kindly left some dog food out in case she came back. It was meat so hoped she'd smell it and at least get a good meal in her but it hasn't been touched this morning. If she spots her again she is going to ring and keep her eye on her so we can come and she'll recognise us hopefully. If she continues to hang around there we can set up a trap. Come on Aiza just come home now please!!!
Bella
What a great news! Hope you'll catch her shortly x

AIZA WAS SPOTTED TODAY..TWICE!!! COUPLE OF MILES ACROSS THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COMMON! It was such a massive coincidence i think it's a sign... i had finished my walk on Puttenham, parked in the Totford Lane car park. My friends and I were chatting for another 20 mins or so by our cars and were just leaving when a man pulled in and asked if we had lost a dog. We said why? Sort of!! He said he has just seen a tiny black dog running down the road and she has on a pink or red colour collar with a tag! He said she was really scared and soo skinny but looked bright and well. She bolted back in to the woods and he came to find help. Showed him her pics and he said yes that's definitely who he saw!!! We promptly bombed it down the road to where she was last seen and i rang Fran and Karina and then we spent until dark searching for her and they came too and looked and called. Really really wanted her to pop out but never mind, it is such a huge relief that she is out there surviving the cold and isn't stolen either! Another lady also phoned tree tops today reporting seeing the same dog on the same bit of road. Thank goodness we bumped in to him when we did, such a nice man :-D

Have yuo contacted all the vets inside and outside the area as well as Dog Wardens........ do not rely on the chip some have not been picked up.also get hold of all the rescue/ rehoming centres ......maybe someone has picked her up i hope so and they come forward...also ask your local paper to run an article making sure the reward is known..sadly it takes that but if it works thats all that matters xxLast edited: 2014-12-09 18:21:51

She had just walked down the steep hill from the main top car park. A couple of big dogs then came down the hill towards her and she panicked and bolted and hasn't been seen since. She wasn't wearing a coat no and it just so so cold outside i can't bear it :( she is so tiny and hates the cold :( feel hopeless.

So sorry to hear she is lost, I walked at Puttenham this morning and kept my eye out for her but unfortunately didnt see anything.
Where exactly did she go missing from, was it the actual car park? Was she wearing a coat at the time?
loulapixie
Hi i am a friend of the owner. We have put lots of posters everywhere around where aiza ran off. Search parties were out for around 12 hours after she went missing. I went back around 2.30am when all was quiet and called but not a single sighting. We are in contact with the eagle radio to see if they will do an announcement. We have shared her lost poster on to loads of Facebook groups and asked people to keep sharing. The owners are out today searching but i think she has been spooked and has gone further afield now. Any other ideas or tips please? :(
Duncan
Nothing seen this morning walking around Puttenham Common but I mentioned AIZA to any other dog walkers that I came across. I hope she gets back home soon.
