- The dog wasn't Bobby. It didn't have the same markings. I spoke to Bobbys owner after I saw the dog.

- unfortunately I don't think that Rosie (the dog found) is the same dog as this one. The cocker spaniel on the m3 was all brown. I read the newspaper article that described the dogs in the accident with the owner and they were not the same as this dog.

- Update on this dag from Fiona to Surrey Horse and Hound. - Very good news everyone - Rosie has been found - she was injured and we've taken her to emergency vets - her injuries are not life threatening - other dog has come round and is also at vets. SO GLAD SHE IS SAFE . This was a result of an accident yesterday, Police dealing with injuries to person as well.
