Thank you to Cathy, Zoe and everyone else who helped in Lilly's safe homecoming. She is fortunately none the worse for her adventure but needs to be re-chipped as her microchip could not be found despite numerous attempts.

We are very lucky to have Cathy as our local dog warden:-) It was only because she'd posted a photo of Lilly on her fb timeline that I saw it so it is really thanks to Cathy for going the extra mile as usual.

Have just sent text to ask owner to confirm Lilly is home.
I gather fm Fbk post that Lilly followed the postman so he took her to check for a microchip. Well done that postman and am sure owner will appreciate your help.
Will put in reunited page when it's confirmed Lilly's home.

Have spoken to owner - she is going to ring dog warden but doesn't think its the same dog as she has been into the vets where the dog was originally taken.

I believe that this dog "May" have been picked up by the dog warden yesterday (saw a post on FB) - i have left a message for her to see if its the same dog. I have tried calling both numbers on the poster but there is no answer.
