There is a transit van travelling the area of Suffolk, its quite old. It is picking up dogs in the area. A man was walking his with his dog in front not on a lead and 2 men in the van were calling the dog. Luckily the man was able to call his dog back but it happened so quick nobody was able to get the registration number. This incident happened in BSE in daylight! Just wondering if this is the same van?
