Could it be she belongs to an elderly person and they do not know where to look? Especially if her lead was still attached. Maybe it would be worth putting her on the Greenwich fb page, someone must be missing her

Chip details are not up to date :( She was found with her lead still attatched,dont get why she has not been claimed.
