- Whoopee!!! Just had a text to say that Blue has been found!
bullysu says "he was found not a million miles away from where he was originally lost near Seaford Golf course just walking along the path but still scared bless him. He is all well and healthy, just a bit wet. He is now fast asleep!"
So glad for you and well done keeping up the search for your precious lad in this horrible windy wet weather. I am sure you will all be able to have a well earned sleep now he is home safe and sound.
Putting his page into the reunited section .. brilliant!
Many thanks to all who shared (over 1,000 of you!)and looked at Blue's page .. it helps so much to get the word out but thankfully he is home now.

- So sorry to see Blue has gone missing. I have sent bullysu our Doglost advice emails and have shared to Doglost East Sussex, Doglost South East and my Clarkey page on Fbk.
>>> bullysu Most dogs will make there way back to the place where they were lost from so please try and leave some bedding or something that has a strong scent of you in that area. If you started your walk from the car park on the golf course then worth doing the same thing there. In this wind I expect he will, as you have said above, try to find shelter in an outbuilding, under bushes, hedges etc. Have a good luck in the undergrowth on the golf course and the bunkers / ditches etc. Even a large dog like a Leo can make themselves remarkably small when they need to.
If you want to contact me please do .. I have put my telephone number on the Doglost advice email.
Remember you can print posters direct from the poster page .. get as many up in the area as soon as possible. Start with immediate area and put on entrances to footpaths there, car parks up on Seven Sisters Country Park, along the Cuckmere valley, the Sheep Centre up there if it is open, local pubs and spreading out further when those are done. Let local farmers know and I'm not sure if the Butterfly centre is open either but worth putting a poster or two there and in their car park.
Anyone who can HELP POSTER .. please do as I know it would be appreciated. Thanks!
Also please leave comments on this page so people not on Fbk can follow he progress of your search .. there has already been over 3000 views of Blue's page!
Good luck with your search and I hope Blue is found quickly.Last edited: 2014-12-22 00:30:09 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex - 2014-12-21 22:50 Jayne - Founder Doglost.

- Just had a call to admin from a helper who was emailed to say she can hear a large dog barking behind the new flats on the old Anesty school site near the golfcourse. Have informed owners who were out at the golf course to head towards the flats and the complex behind them.
