On behalf of Paul and Annie, Charlie's owners, I'd like to thank each and every one of you for all your warm wishes, your support over the last 9 weeks, and especially for sharing Charlie's poster. Without the help of Team Charlie we'd never have found him. His Facebook page has gone bonkers since his return yesterday with hundreds and hundreds of messages! Take a look at HELP FIND CHARLIE THE SPRINGER SPANIEL - it's heartwarming to know that so many people were on our side! I understand the police are now involved and the kind gentleman that returned Charlie will be giving them the contact details of the tow rag that sold him x

What fantastic news! Charlie is home!!! His owners just got back from holiday last night, had a phone call from a man in Chipping Norton who had bought Charlie from a man in Alcester! Both places very close to where Charlie lived! Someone recognised the dog, the new owner went to Crofts pet store in Banbury to see the poster and called Paul, the owner. They met at 8am this morning and handed Charlie to his rightful owners. Charlie is absolutely fine. Thank you to everyone who put up posters, shared his poster on FB, Twitter or wherever. Without you we'd never have found him. THANK YOU XXXXXX

I've spoken to Charlie's owners this morning and they have confirmed the found spaniel in Leighton Buzzard IS NOT Charlie. They would like to thank everyone for their concern and are overwhelmed by the effort everyone is putting in to find Charlie. Please keep looking.

I've emailed poster with photo of found dog to owners. I don't think it's Charlie - facial markings and colouring of rear left leg are different but it's up to them to confirm. Thanks for looking though.

No further sightings unfortunately. Local footpaths, bridleways, shops & businesses in surrounding villages postered yesterday and this morning. Dog Warden has been out searching - no luck. Charlie's Facebook group continues to grow, let's hope we find him soon x

Liver and white springer spotted Saturday night running from Shennington (only found out last night). This morning liver and white springer spotted very close to B4035 Epwell so not far from home. Have spoken to owner, he's out looking, I'm going to poster the area in case someone sees him. Apparently the vet that spotted him this morning couldn't get near him, he is really spooked.

Annie, another spaniel (cocker) reunited tonight via this website and Facebook (Brooke). Stolen beginning of December, found and handed into a vets today. She was chipped but it didn't register! Don't give up, there are people out there looking x

Happiness, I PM'd the owner on FB last night and spoken to his girlfriend this morning. I have given her details of Milton dog and who found it. FB says found dog was reunited a few hours later but anyone can claim a dog..... Still worth a look and following up. Owner is monitoring this page daily. Keep looking, the boy is out there somewhere. Facebook post is Lost and Stolen Gundogs. X
