Came to check on this one, so glad to see see a happy ending. I had been out looking for Wolfie who sadly he didn't make it, so glad Belle is back safe & sound.

Huge thanks to Sunnyside team and all who turned out to search and put out posters. Belle is spending the night at vets on a drip and antibiotics for cuts but looking good for full recovery....Steve

I am so pleased to see the page turn blue. Was out at Pyestock yesterday for a good few hours searching with Max my own dog. Named after a dog I adopted years ago also found roaming at Fleet Pond!

Belle would have had to have crossed the main railway line to get to where she was found at Sunnyside Removals but could have done this over the access bridge and gone down the lane directly opposite. It had been -5 Celsius overnight. Just been speaking with the lady at Sunnyside and she gave me the gen on the discovery and on the reunion which was very emotional. This news has made my Christmas.

Wonderful news, I hope she is ok. Can I make a little suggestion that rather than take the posters down immediately that the word found is written on them with a permanent marker pen & then they are removed after a suitable period. If I was local & had seen the posters & been looking out for her, I would like to know the happy knews rather than be left wondering when they were all taken down. x

Just had some fantastic news...Belle has been found safe and well. Her Mum and Dad are in there way to collect her now. She was found hiding under a lorry at a removal company near the pond. Welcome home Belle : ) thank you so much everyone for your help : ) if anyone is around any of the poster area's and you see a poster please could you help us by taking them down x

GRWE volunteers have put up an extra 80 odd posters all around the fleet pond and woods area below it, fox lane area and perring way and all around the wood on opposite side of road and spoken to everyone we have seen. All we need now is sightings of Belle. If you see her please get exact details of location, time and day and contact numbers above. We have had various sightings but hard to pin point as not enough info to narrow down area or if indeed it is Belle. Spread the word and keep sharing!Let's get this girlie back home Asap x

Walked all round Pyestock Woods with our dogs (1 greyhound) no sign of her. Put the word about and lots of dog walkers had seen the posters too and promised to keep their eyes open. Lots of interest/concern.

Have just got back from driving around Kennel Lane, Pyestock Rd and Cove Rd. Also stopped and walked, with my greyhound girl, across field and thru Pyestock woods, sadly no sign, lots of other dog walkers out, all had seen the posters. Will have another walk over there tomorrow. Sorry we didn't see her.

Although she is nervous of people she may jump into an open car door or tailgate. This might provide the best chance to catch her.

It is imperative that this dog is not chased if seen. She is not familiar with the area please call the contact on here immediately if seen.

There has also been another report of a near miss capture which had a dog heading for pyestock wood which is the same side as Fleet Pond. No day / time yet so keep eyes peeled around both locations.

A Greyhound has been spotted running around Sandhurst area though not confirmed if it is Belle!

We live in Old Cove Road, just beside Heron on the Lake. Please let us know if we can help, we will be out walking our greyhound around the pond/field in the morning, let us know if you would like us to focus on one specific area.....thinking of you tonight x
