Found running loose on the busy A470 Llanwrst Road, Conwy today. Female Beagle, very underweight, a few cuts and bruises, hungry and cold. We've caught her (beautiful girl, very friendly) and taken her to RSPCA at Bodnant. The Dog Warden is collecting her today and taking her to kennels - 2015-02-10 21:54 #stoppettheft
