There is/was a wire-haired Dachshund breeder called Diane Topley who lived at 5 Commercial Rd, Rhydyfro Pontardawe Swansea SA8 4SL. The kennel name is WHINKUNASDAC. I'm afraid do not have a telephone number for her but it might be 07779487239. I don't know if she still breeds. It is where I bought my two mini dachsies from and it is a village lower down the A474. She may have lost or sold this dog. I can't help any more, sorry.
