Have emailed all local rescues, can owner go and look round Manchester Dogs Home, Leigh Dogs Home. Can anyone poster local area, especially dogwalking ares eg Rivington Barn, Horwich and put posters up there? Lots of bikers go there on Sundays and there are shops, cafes etc. Owner needs to contact local press and poster everywhere!

I will keep my eyes and ears open around the Halliwell area. I'll mention it to all fellow dog walkers. Don't give up hope. Get as many posters up as possible. When we lost our dog, everyone in Halliwell knew about it. We put up approx 300 posters on bus stops, lamp posts, schools, police stations. Speak to the police everyday. Don't think you are mithering, cos you're not. Posters paid off for us and we got our dog back a week after she went. The man who'd found her didn't think to contact the police but saw one of our posters at Asda. Contact and visit Leigh and Bolton Animal shelters daily. Visit if you can. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping Dibble is home with you shortly xx
