- We had a report today that Steve was hit and killed by a train on the day that he went missing. We went on the railway line today and found his body; we have buried him in our garden. We are all devastated but would like to thank everyone for being so kind and helping us in searching for him. The support from DogLost and all its volunteers and followers has been overwhelming and even though this did not end happily for Steve and our family, a heart felt thank you to you all.

- Please remember to get exact location, times and which direction he was heading when you get anyone calling with sightings....

- I am Steve's owner. We have been informed of two possible sightings of him; one in Chapel st Leonards - we are waiting for the lady who thought it might be him to get back to us and the other sighting was a dog who fits Steve's description running down the A52 near Wainfleet. We have been searching the A52 but have not seen him....

- If found, wouldnt the finders be searching for a poodle cross rather than pointer cross, based on appearance?
- 2015-01-13 09:26 Debz
- Unfortunately, not him. Stevie is a Pointer x Standard Poodle so is a medium/large dog.
